Rephlo offers plans for individuals, teams, and organizations, plus a one-time perpetual license. Every plan includes the desktop app and access to the web platform — they differ in how many monthly credits you get, how fast you can send requests, and which collaboration features are unlocked.
📄️ Credits & Usage
Credits are how Rephlo meters your AI usage. Every plan comes with a monthly credit allowance, and each AI request you run — rewriting text, chatting, summarizing — spends some of that allowance based on the model you use and the length of the request and response. This page explains how credits are counted, how rollover works, your per-plan speed limits, and where to track everything.
📄️ Subscriptions
Your Subscription page is where you manage your paid plan: upgrade or downgrade, cancel or reactivate, update your payment method, and view past invoices. Payments and billing are handled securely by Stripe, so your card details are never stored by Rephlo.
📄️ Credit Packs & Gifts
Credit packs are one-time purchases of extra credits — handy when you've had a busy month and don't want to upgrade your whole plan. You can buy a pack for yourself, or gift one to a friend or teammate by email. Packs are separate from your subscription: they top up your balance without changing your plan.
📄️ Perpetual License
Prefer to own Rephlo outright instead of subscribing? The Perpetual License is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the desktop app — no monthly bill. It's a great fit if you bring your own LLM provider keys or run on-device models, since it doesn't include Rephlo's hosted monthly credits.
