Plans & Pricing

Rephlo offers plans for individuals, teams, and organizations, plus a one-time perpetual license. Every plan includes the desktop app and access to the web platform — they differ in how many monthly credits you get, how fast you can send requests, and which collaboration features are unlocked.

Live prices

Prices are managed in Rephlo and can change. For the current, up-to-date amounts, always check the official Rephlo pricing page. This documentation never lists dollar figures so it can't go stale.

How the plans are organized

There are two recurring subscription tracks plus one-time options:

  • Individual plans — Free, Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, and Elite. These are personal subscriptions billed to you.
  • Team & organization plans — Team, Team BYOK, and Enterprise. These are billed per seat and share a pooled credit balance across members.
  • Perpetual license — a one-time purchase for lifetime desktop access (see Perpetual License).

Individual plans

Every new account starts on Free. You can upgrade at any time from your Subscriptions page.

Pro Plus2,200 / monthUp to 50%, 1 monthHeavy individual use
Elite4,000 / monthUp to 50%, 1 monthThe highest individual volume

All individual plans include the desktop app, the web platform, and streaming responses. Starter and above can also buy one-time credit packs. Higher tiers raise your request and token limits — see Credits & Usage for the exact rate limits per plan.

Team & organization plans

Team plans are billed per seat and pool credits across everyone in the workspace:

  • Team — includes hosted credits per seat, shared as one team pool.
  • Team BYOK — "bring your own keys": your team connects its own LLM provider API keys, so there are no Rephlo-hosted monthly credits. You pay per seat for the platform and collaboration features while usage is billed directly to your own provider accounts.
  • Enterprise — custom, contract-based pricing with the highest request limits, SSO, audit logging, and dedicated support.

Team and organization plans don't roll credits over month to month. For an overview of seats, roles, and the shared pool, see Teams & Organizations. Deeper administration (member management, roles, SSO, seat billing, ownership transfer) is handled in your workspace settings or with help from support.

Perpetual license

If you prefer a one-time purchase over a subscription, the Perpetual License grants lifetime access to the desktop app. It does not include recurring monthly credits — instead you connect your own provider keys or use on-device models. An optional renewal add-on keeps you in updates and priority support. See Perpetual License for full details.

Which plans are shown publicly

Free, Starter, Pro, Pro Plus, Elite, Team, and Team BYOK are listed openly on the pricing page. Enterprise and the Perpetual License are handled separately — Enterprise is sales-driven (contact us for a quote), and the perpetual option is offered through its own purchase page rather than the standard comparison table.

Upgrading, downgrading, and trials

  • New accounts begin on Free. The Free tier does not automatically upgrade — you choose when (and whether) to subscribe.
  • You can start a one-time 14-day Pro Plus trial to test premium features. When it ends, you return to Free unless you subscribe. See Free Trial.
  • Changing plans, payment methods, and invoices are all managed from Subscriptions.
